A private SAP forum for transformation leaders focused on negotiation strategies.
Real conversations. Real challenges. Real solutions.
A live, open roundtable where SAP leaders bring real escalations for discussion.
Business and digital transformation programs don’t struggle because of technology.
They struggle because of misalignment, unclear commercial constructs, hidden complexity, underestimated data and cutover risk, and governance that breaks under pressure.
As a senior leader, you’re often left to manage the fallout — an unhappy client, an escalating issue that could turn into a dispute, or a commercial standoff that puts trust, budgets, and reputations at risk.
And nobody prepares you for this part of the job.
That’s why I’m inviting senior executives and transformation leaders working on SAP programs — or within the SAP ecosystem — to join me for an exclusive, invitation-only monthly online Roundtable.
What makes this forum different is simple: you bring your real challenges, and they become the agenda — discussed in real time.
WHAT IS THE ROUNDTABLE?
A free, monthly, live online roundtable for SAP project managers, program directors, transformation leaders, and senior executives who want a safe, practical forum to discuss what’s really happening inside SAP programs.
This is an open, Q&A-style roundtable — an intimate online boardroom where you can ask me anything and walk away with fresh ideas, practical tools, and the confidence to handle the next escalation that lands on your desk. We don’t discuss technical issues or delivery methodology, we focus only commercial-type issues that are impacting your projects.
You’ll be exposed to the frameworks and mindset I’ve used at SAP, IBM, and Accenture to negotiate and resolve hundreds of real-world escalations.
This is not training. This is not theory. This is not a webinar.
It’s a working session — a confidential, boardroom-style conversation where you bring your real SAP delivery challenges, and I share the insights, patterns, and negotiation strategies drawn from resolving 160+ S/4HANA program escalations as SAP’s Head of Commercial Escalations (Asia Pacific & UK/Ireland), and 500+ major escalations at IBM across Australia/New Zealand.

✔️ Holding firm commercially without damaging relationships
✔️ Managing the tension between executive expectations and delivery reality
No theory. No slides.
Bring your challenges, ask your questions, and engage with peers facing the same realities.
About Ashley Saltzman
I’ve spent more than 25 years helping organisations rescue business and digital transformation programs when the stakes are high and the pressure is real.
Today, as Accenture’s Strategic Negotiator in its Global Resolution Excellence Centre, I’m brought in when major programs run into trouble — facing commercial escalations, disputes, or misalignment between clients, system integrators, vendors, and other parties that delivery teams can’t resolve on their own.
Across my career at Accenture, SAP, IBM, and MYOB, I’ve led the negotiation and resolution of multi-million-dollar escalations, helping restore alignment, clarify accountability, and rebuild critical relationships under intense pressure.
Along the way I earned the nickname “the man who defuses bombs,” because I specialise in turning potential crises into workable solutions with fair, balanced outcomes for all parties.
My purpose here is simple: to share the skills and experience leaders need — but are rarely taught — so they can handle these situations with confidence.
At The Roundtable, I share the same practical frameworks and real-world approaches I use today, helping you manage escalations early, realign stakeholders, navigate disputes, and keep transformation programs on track.
I run this at Accenture today and I'm super excited to be able to bring this to a broader audience.
This is a live, problem solving forum, a true ‘Ask-Me-Anything’ session.
Your challenges are unpacked in the session, and you leave with actionable negotiation and alignment strategies you can apply immediately.

Frequently Asked Questions

What Makes The Roundtable Unique?
The Roundtable isn’t coaching, or a lecture, or a training session. It’s Ashley’s unique concept and it’s like nothing else. Your problems set the agenda! The real situations you’re dealing with right now are discussed in real time - in the strictest confidence. Ashley listens, then shows you how he’d tackle it: the questions he’d ask, the facts he’d gather, and the negotiation moves he’d make.
How is this different from other coaching programs forums?
It’s not a coaching program, but an interactive, premium, invitation-only forum. You’ll be in a private confidential online boardroom with other senior leaders and executives, with Ashley sharing his insights on real escalations and disputes, not theory or generic leadership tips.
Ashley shares the frameworks and negotiation strategies he uses to resolve multi-million-dollar commercial escalations, and he will discuss how those ideas apply to your own challenges.
Who typically attends?
Senior business and technology leaders — C-suite executives, program directors, transformation leads, client and delivery executives, legal and commercial managers. Anyone responsible for managing programs, handling tough commercial escalations and protecting key relationships.
Is this a sales pitch?
Not exactly. The Roundtable is a stand-alone, high-value session where you’ll gain practical insights and experience in a live problem-solving forum. Ashley is building a community for project professionals, one that he believes is very unique. It is a monthly event so you can experience first hand the value of the session at no cost.
At the end of the session, he will share how you can engage with him through The Inner Circle - but only if you find it valuable. You can find out more about The Inner Circle here - https://www.ashleysaltzman.com/the-inner-circle
Why if my project is not ‘in crisis’ yet’?
You’re still in the right place.
Many attendees join before things go wrong — to gain the mindset and tools to prevent small problems from turning into full-blown escalations.
How much time will I need to commit?
The Roundtable is a monthly 45 minute session.
There’s no preparation required — just bring your questions or topics of interest and join in on a high-value conversation, with learnings you can immediately put into practice.
How will this help me for my specific situation?
The frameworks Ashley shares are designed for any large-scale transformation program or high-stakes commercial challenge.
Whether your project is only starting to show strain or is already in full escalation, you’ll leave with practical tools you can tailor to your own context.
Is there 1:1 help available outside of the Roundtable?
Yes - as mentioned above, if you find the Roundtable valuable, there’s an optional next step called The Inner Circle.
It is the private 1:1 advisory service that Ashley offers all C-suite executives and senior transformation leaders to support you in your specific challenges.
There’s no obligation, simply enjoy the free Roundtable first. At the end of the session you’ll hear how the Inner Circle works so you can decide if it’s right for you or check it out at https://www.ashleysaltzman.com/the-inner-circle
