Resolve
Guide and advise on strategy and approach for troubled projects and complex situations
Lead and resolve commercial (non-technical) issues related to failed projects, escalations and disputes
Evaluate complex and critical customer situations to derive appropriate action plans
Develop commercial negotiation strategies
Manage C-Level stakeholders
Align customer and key stakeholders to an agreed action plan
Orchestrate top issue resolution with all involved stakeholders across relevant regions and/or globally
Plan and co-ordinate operational and project related issues in connection with a commercial escalation
Manage project executives and resources to align with the resolution strategy

Fees
The fee for escalation and dispute matters will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, with a brief and quote offered prior to booking. An Engagement Fee plus Outcome Fee will be charged per escalation/dispute case.
Mediate
Assist and guide both parties through commercial escalations and disputes between customer, implementation partner and vendor.
Act as a neutral party to help navigate the commercial challenges of a transformation program or technology project.
