A retainer arrangement allows anyone in your organisation seeking advice, guidance or support on challenges that may arise daily. This service is available on-call which means your teams get access to immediate expert advice at the time that they need it.

Resolve

  • Guide and advise on strategy and approach for troubled projects and complex situations

  • Lead and resolve commercial (non-technical) issues related to failed projects, escalations and disputes

  • Evaluate complex and critical customer situations to derive appropriate action plans

    Fees

    The fee for escalation and dispute matters will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, with a brief and quote offered prior to booking. An Engagement Fee plus Outcome Fee will be charged per escalation/dispute case.

Mediate

  • Assist and guide both parties through commercial escalations and disputes between customer, implementation partner and vendor.

  • Act as a neutral party to help navigate the commercial challenges of a transformation program or technology project.
